Message	you mean you rotated the cam sprocket almost 360 degrees to get it back to it's original position? Not good... In theory this would cause valve interference with pistons - possibly bending valves. I'm not sure if you can bend valves when rotating the cam by hand, or if it would take more force than possible with hand pressure. Hopefully you didn't use a lever?
